FVWM: compiling with gnome support problem

i've been compiling the latest devel release of fvwm2 and despite having gnome and its libraries installed the configure script does not find them. perhaps i need to add an option to configure to point it to those libraries but i'm not sure as the INSTALL & INSTALL.fvwm files do not say. After ru

FVWM: libstroke with fvwm

hi i thought i'd try out the mouse gestures feature i read about when looking on the net, etc and compiled libstroke-0.5.1. i recompiled fvwm and it picked up the libstroke library; however, when i start the wm it exits and the error says it's libstroke can't open shared libraries. does this mean
