Dear Freesurfer experts,
I have a question about cortical thickness analysis using freesurfer. Since
I don't know how to post my question in freesurfer mailing list, that is
why I am writing to you to get some help. Hopefully, my email will not
cause you any troubles.
My question is : When I com
expect the opposite pattern. That is, the
results became thicker in the same region.
Does this imply that there is an age effect? It means I could not use DOSS
to do analysis, right?
Best,
Lickey

Hey All,
I am sorry to jump into this discussion. I know how to check the slope
difference between groups. I want to ask help from you to confirm that if
difference in thickness in some brain areas arising from (0 0 1 -1)
happens, it means that there is a group * age interaction, right?
Then, th
Sorry to interrupt.
I have a relevant question about the correlation analysis. If the age has
been controlled for when surface-based analysis is done, do we need to
controll for age again when we do subsequent correlational analysis in SPSS?

Dear all,
I encountered several questions when using freesurfer. Although I searched
carefully in this mailing list, I am still not very clear about some
issues. My issues are described below:
Based on a bunch of information, I know that before describing my results,
I need to check whether there
