Hi, I used mri_watershed to get volume segmenstation with -LABEL option. mri_watershed -atlas -LABEL $SUBJECTS_DIR/test/mri/T1.mgz $SUBJECTS_DIR/test/tmp/ What coordinate system is used for the segmented volume ? The coordinate seems a lot different from that of the surface extraction with SRAS.
