Greetings, I had a question concerning which lobe of the brain the Insula would be accounted for in when computing the different total Lobar volumes. Is there a FreeSurfer standard or is this something the individual would decide? Thanks for the help, Brian __

[Freesurfer] Projecting findings using Freesurfer

Good Morning, I am attempting to project R squared values that were calculated using Freesurfer volumes for the various automated segmented areas that are calculated in Freesurfer. Is there a way I can can compare two groups in say QDEC and visually see the results? Thank you for your help.

Hello, Is there any chance that there is a general table of Euclidean distances for each freesurfer segmented brain region relative to each other. So something like a matrix table for each side of the brain Brain region 1 Brain region 2 Brain region 1
