mritotal.log (ours was 0.15870732).
does this mean that the talairaching failed at some place? How can i tell because mritotal seems to run to completion?

it into my specified dimensions, but that is not what i would like to do. How would I be able scale it to fit into my specified dimension? I have tried -sc, but no matter how much smaller i seem to scale it, it's not enough to compensate for the crop.

What is a typical example of when the intensity normalization process fails? Does the over-all image seem brighter? What is a good indicator of success or failure?
