Hi Bruce:
Is there a way that I can load the MEG timecourse data on the freesurfer
surface? Is it possible that we could get the timecourse waveform for a
specific point on the surface?
Thanks!

Hi All:
I have a question about the slice thickness. To get a "good" freesurfer
reconstruction, especially the "accurate" statistic analysis, what it
the maximum slice thickness can I use when acquire the DICOM image?

Hi All:
I am trying to use qdec to do group analysis. I composed a
qdec.table.dat file as follows:

LF Female 25
JEP Male 28
JK Male33
When I tried to load the data in qdec, I got following error message:

Hi All:
I am trying to measure the cortical thickness of specific ROI. I got a
ROI, and are able to save it to a label file. Should I use
mris_thickness to measure the thickness? If so, how do I get the
thickness file, using mri_label2vol?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Bruce and Nick:
I am trying to do group analysis using mri_glmfit. It seems that I have
no problem to run mri_glmfit and get the glmdir and all the files. When
I load sig.mgh with average surface in tksurfer, I can configure the
overlay. When I try to load group descriptor file, a window po
Hi All:
After imposing labels to a T1.mgz files in tkmedit, is it possible to
write out dicom files with the label?
Thanks in advance!

x27;m not sure what you mean by "labels+T1". Also "labels" can mean a
lot of different things (eg, aseg, aparc, label format). Can you be
more specific?

Thanks! I was able to create a binary mask, and the result looks good.
Now how do I save a base image with an overlay, in tkmedit of which
command?

Hi Bruce:
I have a question regarding the command xfm_read. Should I use the
'talairach.xfm' under subject/mri/transforms/ as the input file? It
seems that there is transformation matrix in it.
Now, in tksurfer, if I click a point in the surface, I will get a
"vertex RAS" xyz, and a "vertex Ta
