Hi All,
I want to extract the volume of the perirhinal cortex from a group of
subjects processed on fs5.1. Is it possible to run the balabel on these
subjects in 5.2 without running the full recon-all for them? If it is
possible, is it advisable not to run the full recon-all on 5.2 with them
first
Hi All,
I'm running "mris_anatomical_stats" with a few manually defined labels. For
a few of my subjects, I am getting the error: "Segmentation fault" on one
of the labels. However, the other manually defined labels process without
any errors on these same subjects.
For example, I am running "mri
that many veritices, then that could cause the problem.

Let me know if more info is needed, I am not sure if this is a common error
or not. I saw a similar question was asked in November but could not find a
solution for it.
Thanks for any help!

"Failed to load posterior_right_*"
The folder (bert/mri) has all of the correct segmentation files. Is
there something I am doing wrong or some way to troubleshoot this
problem?
Thanks!
