Hello,
I have been trying to set up a working Tracula configuration file and I
keep getting an error:
set: Variable name must begin with a letter
I have searched previous message board questions and it seems that others
have seen this same error. I have tried implementing some of their
solutions
Hello,
I am running into a tracula error very early in the preprocessing steps. I
have data that was already somewhat preprocessed (reconstruction, eddy
correction and magnetic field inhomogeneity correction) that I'm trying to
use as an input. I have turned off those steps in the tracula
configu
ration file and trac-all.log.

Hello,
I have been collecting data on a 7T scanner, with functional EPI data
collected with 1.5mm voxels, and I have been having an issue with some of
our data where recon-all just hangs after producing only a small amount of
outputs. For instance,
few subjects at 1mm.
Thanks for your help,
Mike
