To whom it may concern,
I am to attend the upcoming Freesurfer course session in Boston, and I would
like to ask a few preliminary questions. I am currently attempting to run
Freesurfer 5.3 on a windows unit via the Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager. I have
tried to follow the instructions of the

Bruce,
It appears that the directory does not exist. See the following:

How does one access the files in a shared folder when using FreeSurfer5.3 via
VirtualBox on a windows unit? I have not had success with the "sudo mount -t
vboxsf /media/" command which I have

Hi,
I am aware that the recon-all command ultimately calculates statistics on a
given MRI sequence, including what is referred to as "aseg.stats".
"Aseg.stats" includes the "WM-hypointensities" calculation, which I was told

Hi,
When viewing MRI mgz images in Freeview, is it possible to only look at certain
structures specified in the look up table? That is, to only view colorization
of one structure to view it more concisely? Specifically, we want to look at
wm-hypointensities to see lesion approximations. Than

Hello,
I am having trouble carrying out Tracula on Freesurfer. See the following
script (for confidentiality, patient's name has been replaced by XXX):
Admins-iMac:~ neurology$ export FREESURFER_HOME=/Applications/freesurfer
Admins-iMac:~ neurolog
before sourcing `$FREESURFER_HOME/SetUpFreeSurfer.sh`
So using your example above, you could go
```
export FREESURFER_HOME=/Applications/freesurfer
export FSL_DIR=/location/of/fsl/binaries
source $FREESURFER_HOME/SetUpFreeSurfer.sh
```
