I am to attend the upcoming Freesurfer course session in Boston, and I would
like to ask a few preliminary questions. I am currently attempting to run
Freesurfer 5.3 on a windows unit via the Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager. I have

script (for confidentiality, patient's name has been replaced by XXX):

before sourcing `$FREESURFER_HOME/SetUpFreeSurfer.sh`
So using your example above, you could go

export FSL_DIR=/location/of/fsl/binaries
