Hi,
I have several labels drawn on the white surface of average7 (ancient
project). I want to generate one annotation file per hemisphere comprising
these labels only in order to use mri_aparc2aseg --labelwm and then
compute the volume of the underlying WM of each label. Please see the

Hi,
we have structural data at two time points (t1/t2) for two different
groups (intervention vs control). After processing the data using the long
stream, we want to model the group X time interactions to detect
intervention specific changes in cortical thickness over time.
Q1) How would you sug
Hi, I don't know it's related, but we've seen something similar when
rerunning recons initially processed in 4.05 in 4.1.0. Even though no
initial manual edits had been made to the aseg, a file called
aseg.maned.mgz (or something like that) was saved in the mri folder, and

Hi,
how can I tell mris_expand to expand the surface by a fixed distance
rather than by a fraction of the thickness?
Thanks,

Dear all,
I'm encountering the following error in the otherwise excellent
longitudinal scheme when adding the -uselongbasectrlvol flag:

Hi,
I have a related question. Should the optic nerve included in the pial
surface be considered a problem for the surfaces? The nerve also does
create a small bump on the inflated surface as viewed in tksurfer.
If so, from which volume should the optic nerve be erased?
Thanks for your time.

Are there any alternative transformation commands which may solve this issue?

Hi all,
is there a way I can attain the total wm volume for each of the
hemispheres? And is it possible to estimate the wm volume of certain
gross anatomical areas, like the different lobes?
Thanks!
