I am attempting to use mri_watershed to create BEM surfaces, but for some of my
subjects part of the cerebellum is being cut off. Adjusting the threshold was
not sufficient, so I attempted to add a seed point in the cerebellum using the
following command:

I am having an issue with the icon graphics displaying properly in freeview
(Linux virtual machine - Ubuntu). I receive the following warning when opening
the application:
"libpng warning: Application built with libpng-1.2.7 but running with 1.6.25"

Does freeview still run? If it does, you can just ignore the warning.

Are you running a Linux VirtualBox on a Windows desktop? If so, you should
ignore the step that mentions the VBOXSRV directory (that is only relevant if
you are running a Windows VirtualBox on a Linux/Mac desktop). If you followed
