To the kind attention of the FreeSurfer team,
I have some questions concerning a GLM analysis I’m running and any help would
be greatly appreciated!
I’m interested in identifying cortical regions where older age is associated
with greater atrophy. Ho

Hi!
I've previously run a comparison between patients and HC using qdec, but now
I'd like to correct the analysis for disease duration.
I've therefore generated a second qdec.table.dat file inserting the disease
duration column with the following str
ration) in
the control group, so I'm wondering how to overcome this limit and proceed
correctly with the glm analysis.
Many thanks in advance for any help you will provide,
Pilar

Hi,
I’ve never got a response to my last email (you can find it below).
Would you be able to let me know so I can proceed with the analyses?
Many thanks,
Pilar

Dear Freesurfer experts,
We are conducting a PETSurfer analysis, and have some questions on the best way
to proceed. Briefly, this is what we have done:

Hi Freesurfer experts,
I’ve run a PETSurfer analysis in order to compare mean uptake values of ROIs
obtained with different methods: No PVC, SGTM, MG and MZ.
However, I’ve now extracted the mean values and they are extremely

Hi Freesurfer experts,
I'ld like to know whether it's possible to update a FS version (from 6.0 to
7.1) also remotely.
Many thanks,

Hi Freesurfer experts,
I’m trying to update my current Freesurfer version (from 6.0 to 7.1).
I’d like to know whether the installation procedure for 7.1 would overwrite the
current one (6.0).
Many thanks,
Pilar
