I figured 'flip4fsl' is missing from /usr/local/freesurfer/stable6/bin/. Can
someone help to make a copy from
/usr/local/freesurfer/stable5_3_0/bin/flip4fsl, if possible?

Hi Freesurfer experts,
I was trying to align T1 image to MNI space by running 'mni152reg --s
', and got the following error messages:

I come across an error message when calling 'unpacksdcmdir' to unpack the data
that's been pushed to Bourget. I have no trouble navigate to the directory on
