Hi all,
Sorry if this is a REALLY dumb question, I'm a total newbie. I'm trying to view
some fMRI data (preprocessed and analyzed in AFNI) on a surface in FreeSurfer.
I have the subject's completed surface and analyzed fMRI files all ready to go,
but I have no idea how to register them together
Hi all,
What would be the syntax for loading multiple significance maps into different
tksurfer overlay layers from the command line?
I tried:
tksurfer D14 lh.inflated -overlay lh.Tstat1.mgh -overlay lh.Tstat2.mgh
--overlay lh.Tstat3.mgh
And
tksurfer D14 lh.inflated -overlay lh.Tstat1mgh lh.
Hi all,
Is there perhaps a tksurfer tutorial for how to define and/or draw an ROI on an
individual's surface by dilating out from a given Talairach coordinate?
Freesurfer's volume registration is excellent and we'd like to use the
correspondence to those normalized Talairach coordinates. Any i
Hi all,
Just wondering if any retinotopy people have a favorite color scale/overlay
setting that they use to display the data in tksurfer?
Please let me know! Thanks!

Hi all,
Sorry if this is a dumb question-is there any way to create a Matlab-readable
(e.g. Text) file containing the fMRI values at each surface vertex of a painted
surface?
Please let me know if you have any idea!
Thank you so much,
Elise
Hi all,
We have used mrivol2surf with the output of bbregister to transform an
individual subject's fmri data into the coordinates of the anatomical used
to generate that subject's surface. We are happy with the accuracy of this
registration. However, we are stuck because as far as we know bbreg
Hi all,
Hopefully this is not too stupid of a question. Something seems to have
happened to one of our subjects' surface data, such that when I try to resample
the volume Wedges6_r1_D10_0_pi3_1#0_Coef.nii onto subject D10's surface, I get
the following error:
>> mri_vol2surf --mov Wedges6_r1_D

Hi Elise,
can you try
