time points (e.g conditon 1, 2 sec after
stimulus onset).
How can this be if I included the masktail pos flag? I thought that only
captured positive activation.
If there is a way to solve this issue and capture only positive
activation, please post when you can.
Thank you,

We would like to create a functional constraint including only the 25%
most active voxels (top quartile).
Is there a command that can achieve this?

Hello,
Does the frame flag refer to offsets? If so, would frame 5 be the same as
offset 5 (6 seconds)?

run a mri_volcluster (as opposed to surfcluster) to assess
volume clusters and see if they pass monte carlos with what I already
have, then?
Thanks for taking the time to read this through. I know this email is on

We run the SIRP and N-Back memory tests with our subjects.
We have specified for 3 dummy scans to take place at the beginning of each
of these protocols, which takes 6 seconds of scanning time, respectively.
