We are looking at developmental anomalies in children and we using Freesurfer
to asses thickness, volume but also local gyration indexes, using QDEC tool but
also extrapolating the actual values for correlations.

Once you get results on the qdec using the shift mouse you can draw an ROI out
of your cluster.
Once done there is a bottom in the guy called “add the selection to the ROI you
will see the entire ROI highlighted.
