a way that inter-vertex distances are preserved? Or, more generally,
what is a good method of computing geodesic distances on freesurfer
surfaces.

P is qiven by mri_info --tkr2scanner orig.mgz
W is given by mri_info --ras2vox orig/001.mgz
But that is not returning expected values.

The information in this e-mail is intended only for the person to whom
I figured it out.
The trick was to invoke recon-all -curvHK on the "average" ico7 surface.
This produced the necessary precursors to run mris_left_right_register
who's outputs can be used for inter-hemispheric vertex mapping with
mri_label2label.

Is there a way to resample a vertex-by-vertex matrix of data from one subject
to another or to ico? For example, I have calculated the Euclidean distance
matrix for all the vertices of lh.white for my subjects and wish to find the
average distance ma
