I'm attempting to recon_all my subjects which is .nii file. But I
usually meet this error.
talairach_afd -T 0.005 -xfm transforms/talairach.xfm

I'm attempting to recon-all subjects but for some of my subjects I get
the following error when I run recon-all command:
CORRECTING DEFECT 0 (vertices=18460, convex hull=3400, v0=4)
XL defect detected...
