Thank you for the response. I am working on a computer cluster where we
install all user software on a shared filesystem. Looking at the RPM, it does
not seem that I can install it in a path of my choosing (i.e. not in /usr).
i.e.
$ rpm -qp
Oh, that's an error, you do not have to include --cache-in. Where is

I’ve tried this script in both freesurfer6.0.0 and freesurfer7.1.1, and get the
same error message in both. My subjects were processed through recon-all with
freesurfer 6.0.0.

Are you still getting the error message that “atleast 1 subject must be
provided”? Or is it a different error message? The screenshot shows you are in
the directory MRI4 but the command you’ve sent indicates you want to output
aparcstats.txt to the directory team33.
