Hi Marina
for the lower res fsaverage subjects you probably want to decrease the
number of iterations of the inflation. For fsaverage6 you could try:
mris_inflate -n 5 lh.smoothwm lh.inflated.new
it should be just a min or two so you can try different values for the -n
switch

Hi! I use FreeSurfer 6.0 over CentOS 7. I have just notice a problem with
input/entry/edit boxes in Qdec and TkSurfer. I can see box content, click
