Dear freesurfers We have found a way to calculate the beta for this contrast vector [0 1 0 1 0]. We multiple the contrast vector with the bhvat collum vector [ 0 3 4 5 0]T and got 3+5=8. Is this correct? How is the information stored in stats.CovBhat? What is the recommended way to presen
