We have contiguous ROIs in cvs template (volume) space. We need to move this
to each individual subject's surface. What's the best way of doing this? We
tried going from template volume to individual volume to individual surface,
but these rois were not all contiguous on the surface

Just a quick question, if the 'cwpvalthresh' flag wasn't specified when running
mri_glmfit-sim, the script will use the default .05 value, correct?
