The MRI_convert with debug information ran correctly aside from the leaks
detected by valgrind. I manage to import sample-001,mgz into ernie using
mri_convert with debuginfo.
There is more updated info athttps://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=905638.

Hi
could you please add information about how to download from cvs?
cvs -d :pserver:anonym...@fsvm.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu:/usr/fscvsroot
checkout -P -r dev
Give this error message

Hi Anastasia,
Any news?
I checked my environment and it's ok.
LANG="en_US.UTF-8"LC_COLLATE="en_US.UTF-8"LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8"LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8"LC_MONETARY="en_US.UTF-8"LC_NUMERIC="en_US.UTF-8"LC_TIME="en_US.UTF-8"
I have previously used the files that I send to you to perform FSL analysis
I think that I have resolved the bvecs error by using sudo nano option but now
in the next step I visualize this error:
ERROR: fio_pushd:
/Applications/freesurfer/subjects/subject_prova/Diff01/dlabel/mniERROR: must
specify brain mask volume for output subject
Thanks,
Stefano
Do you have a freesurfer recon of your subject's T1 in the $SUBJECTS_DIR?

Hi Anastasia,
I have put T1 in /Applications/freesurfer/subjects/subject_prova/Diff01/
together data.nii.gz, bvals and bvecs.My
$SUBJECTS_DIR=$FREESURFER_HOME/subjects/subject_provaT1 was called as
T1_01.nii.gz. This is well done?
Thanks,
Stefano

No, putting your T1 in a folder is not the same as running freesurfer on
it. You need to run recon-all on your T1. This is a piece of software that
will segment your T1 (among other things). Tracula will need that
segmentation to reconstruct your tracts.

Hi FreeSurfers,
These should be a simple questions but they have been bugging me.
1. I have two diagnostic groups that I want to compare controlling for
gender and age. I am entering them in Qdec with diagnosis and gender as
discrete factors and age as continuous (n=89). If I use DODS I get
