Dear Bruce, Allison, Thank you for your answer. In tkmedit the surfaces look good. Can this concavity mean that sulci are deeper in this region as compared to neighboring regions? I am not sure I understand how to interpret the inflated surface, therefore I cannot control if it is correct. Best
