I want to use the annot file for lobar areas in fsaverage to be mapped onto
all of my subjects. As I don't want to disassemble the annot to single labels
but generate lobar.annot for all subjects, I intend to use
mris_ca_label -l fsaverage/label/lh.PALS_B12_Lobes.annot lh
lh.sphere.reg subj
Is it legit to create a .gcs file using fsaverage as the sole subject for the
PALS parcellations?
I intend to use this .gcs to mri_ca_label all my subjects.

I'm not sure there's much point. You might be better off just using
mri_label2label to propagate the PALS labels to other subjects.

But surely there must be some way to get the stats for all Brodmann
parcellations without having to label each region individually... Any ideas?
