Is there any way I can recon-all for images that have cerebellum missing?
These fail repeatedly at talairach, no-talcheck flag doesn¹t help

what happens when you include -no-talcheck? I think it will fail anyway
in the aseg. We'd need to build a custom atlas that doesn't include a
cerebellum I guess. Why is the cerebellum missing in your images?
