I think you can also extract labels using the custom fill, then try using
label2patch to make it into a patch (it's old as the hills, but used to
work)

Hi:
Which is the error of the volumes that appears in aseg.stats ?... are
they quantifiable ?... Because I notice that the right-hippocampus (for
example) that appears in aseg.auto.mgz is bigger than the
right-hippocampus of T1.mgz image...

Hi Gonzalo,
sorry, I don't understand. What do you mean by "right-hippocampus of
T1.mgz"? T1.mgz isn't a label volume, it doesn't have a right-hippocampus
measure in it.
cheers

Hi Folks
In my dataset each MRI exam is 256*256*180.
I would like to convert wmparc.mgz back to 256*256*180.
Since this is the segmentation output, I think I should use set the resample
type to nearest and use a command like
mri_convert -rl mri/orig/001.mgz -rt nearest mri/wmparc.mgz mri/wmparc.
That looks correct to me.
Peace,
Matt.

Hi
that looks right to me

Hi Nick,
I was recently trying to redo something you had helped me out with
back in April (see below), but I now get this error:
ERROR: Option --seg unknown
The wiki page still says this option exists, but I'm guessing is outdated
