Hi,
I have two problems want to solve.
First, I want to know what coordinates it is, when I type the following
command.
mris_convert -c lh.thickness lh.white lh.thickness.asc
Is it Tal coordinate??
Second, if the asc file doesn't use Tal coordinate, what commands do I type
to obtain
Hi Feng-Xian,
the coordinates are native RAS. You can use mri_surf2surf to convert the
surface to tal coords with the talairach.xfm.
cheers,
Bruce

Hi Judit,
all the edits will be kept, so that shouldn't be a problem. It's hard to

really hyperintense you may need to manually fill them in in the wm.mgz.
As for mri_cc, you should use aseg.auto_noCCseg.mgz instead of as
It probably won't change it that much as it's just a t or F test.

Hi:
I installed Freesurfer v4.4.0 in a PC with 1 GB RAM... There will be
any problem to run Freesurfer in that PC, or only it runs slow ?...

1GB is the lower limit. Sometimes it can run out of memory or slow down by the
swap
