Dear FreeSurfers,
I have overlaid group data on the fsaverage brain, and find that when I type
Talairach coordinates into tkmedit (e.g., 9.90 -36.64 -14.15), the cursor
jumps to a nearby but different location (e.g., 9.8 -36.1 -10.1). Any ideas
what could be causing this trouble?
Thanks!
Hi Dan,
this looks like a bug. We'll look into it and get back to you (feel free
to ping me about it in a week or so if you haven't heard anything)

What do you mean that type Tal coords into tkmedit?

Hi,
Using "read_curv", I load the curvature file into Matlab. How can I get
the corresponding vertex indices for these curvature values?
Thanks,

We're tracking it down, but it appears to be in the bowels of our TCL
code, so it could be a while.

Hi Dan,

It is just one-to-one, ie, there should be as many items in the vector
as there are vertices. To get the vertex number, make sure to subtract 1
from the item number.

Okay, sounds good-thanks.

it should be the 1st column in what read_curv returns (or the matlab
index - 1)

Is there a place to download the 40 brains used in the creation of the
Desikan atlas? If so, would the training data have all of the FreeSurfer
data (directories and transform files) so that one could easily create ones
own parcellation scheme and create a new brain?

Hi,
When I display an overlay scale bar in tksurfer, the labels for the
scale bar are displayed in black on a black background. Obviously, this
is completely unusable since I cannot read them! They are there,
however, because if I move the surface over so that it underlies the
scale bar, th
Hi again,
I had a quick question about generating wmparc.stats. I have tried to run
recon3 with the -wmparc flag and have encountered an error where ?h.smoothwm is
not being read even though my /surf folder has the files. Below is the output
of what occurs in my xterm. We have v4.0.2 of FS o
Hello,
Is there a way to adjust the caption (at least turn it on and off) in a
tcl script. I couldn't find any information on the wiki.
Cheers,
Dan
