I tried to average the brains of 92 subjects. We used a MacPro Quad with 5
GB RAM and about 10 GB virtual memory. When running make_average_subject the
following error occurred:

/Applications/freesurfer/subjects/average/tmp/make_average_vol-tmp/seg-SNPs_Vp92.mgh

I met a problem when I tried to make a template using "mris_make_template", it
needs ?h.inflated.H file. However, I only have ?h.inflated file. Does anyone
know how to generate ?h.inflated.H file?

from the subject/scripts dir:
mris_curvature -thresh .999 -n -a 5 -w -distances 10 10 ../surf/$hemi.inflated
should be done by default as part of the current recon-all I think.
