So, it seems you do need to update your binaries. The correspondence between label and color is specified by the text file tkmeditParcColorsCMA in the FREESURFER_HOME directory, I believe. But after you load the annotation into tksurfer and move the cursor over each region, the anatomical name sh

Hi, I'm running Freesurfer on RedHat Enterprise linux stations and we recently updated to version 4 of RedHat. Doing that updated our libtcl and libtk libraries to libtcl8.4.so and libtk8.4.so. Our problem arises because freesurfer is still looking for version 8.3 of both libraries. Is there a
