Hello,
In the attached image the pial surface and the wm mater surface are
crossing. Can you let me know if this should be fixed or if it will have
an effect on the parcellation steps? The whole volume is located at
/space/engram/10/users/rk_fmri_struc/Y15_102304_STRUC.

So, it seems you do need to update your binaries.
The correspondence between label and color is specified by the text file

in the FREESURFER_HOME directory, I believe.
But after you load the annotation into tksurfer and move the cursor over

because freesurfer is still looking for version 8.3 of both libraries.

Hi. After doing stage 1-4 with all the manual edits, I
have a fair number of surfaces that came out with an euler number of 1 instead
of 2. However, looking at the inflated surfaces, I don't see any obvious
defects. In situations like this, what would be the most efficient way to locate

Hi Aaron,
this was a small bug in the topology correction that I think Florent
fixed a while ago. It should have no practical effect on anything I don't
think.

Hi Max,
check the MNI web site (or our log). I think there is an easy fix to
this. Something like:
setenv LANG en_US
or some such.
cheers,
