Is this a consistent problem with specific subjects? Are you always
loading the tkmeditColorsCMA file? Do other tables work (it's okay if
the colors don't look right, just try it to see if it causes the same
problem)?

The 'gcc' message can be ignored, it is an artifact of the FSL startup
script (included with the Freesurfer distribution).
