no way to do this in FS. As you suggest, you can get the raw time
courses for each ROI. There are also time courses for CSF and WM which
you can regressout of each of the ROI time courses. But you'll have to
do this all yo
Hi Lingqiang, there is nothing set up to do this. You can use the time
courses as you suggest, but this will no remove WM, CSF, etc. Those time
courses are there too, so you can remove them yourself if you want.
