Those are 305 coordinates transformed to "talaiarch" through Matthew
Brett's transform.

the Talairach coords reported in tkmedit are the 'Brett' corrected
coordinates. the mni305 are also available, but off by default, if you
select View->Information->MNI Coordinates.
