This errer message mean that you are missing
/usr/share/fsl/5.0/etc/fslconf/fslmachtype.sh in your
/usr/share/fsl/5.0/etc/fslconf. You should get a copy of this file and
place in /usr/share/fsl/5.0/etc/fslconf/f
