Hello Erin, libreadline.so is not distributed as part of freesurfer, it should be located somewhere on your system. For example, on CentOS 64bit platforms it can be found in the "/lib64" directory. And on 32bit platforms it can be found in the "/usr/lib" directory. Do you see anything that look
