Hi Nooshin, you can't do a statistical analysis with two data points.
The you could look at a simple difference in the time points. If you
have two time points for other subjects, you could get means and stddevs
from them and compute a z-score of the change for you subject.

Dear FreeSurfer Group
I wanted to Group Analysis with qdec. I have MRIs of one patient in two
different dates and I wanted to do group analysis on them to see the
changes.
I have "gender", "age", and "diagnosis".
In qdec deme, when I make the analysis based on "thickness", I receive the

When you first run the recon, it stores the full path of the talairach
file in the mgh file, then tries to read that path. If you move the
recons, then the path will be wrong. But it eventually finds the right one.

Chacko,
The absolute path of the tal .xfm file is stored in the mgz file. If
the data is moved, then the code, when it doesnt find the .xfm file in
the absolute path, will perform a relative search, which was successful,
as shown in the log. The log message could be improved in this respect.

It looks like the sphere.reg is out of synch with the orig. Check their
data, sphere.reg should be newer.

Hello,
While running group analysis (mri_glmfit step), on an
admittedly tiny subject group (3). I used two classes
(male/female) and age. I received the following
error:
ERROR: DOF = 0
I am wondering if three subjects is too small a data
set for this to run or if I am just doing something
