Can you send the full terminal output? Do all subjects have the same paradigm
files?

Hi,
I'm using a functional analyse with selxavg3-sess, i have 25 subjects and
each subject contains 15 runs, I've done plenty of analyses with different
paradigm files, but now with a paradigm file of 5 conditions, I face an
error on subject 22 run 12,
At 1.19 sec TR, you still only go out to 285 sec, so you will not get
condition 8. You should not be playing around with the TR. the TR in the
dicom is probably right. Likewise, the paradigm is the paradigm. There's
nothing I can really help you with here -- you need to find out for sure

Hi Dr. Greve,
After looking through my matlab code with the task protocol, I saw that it
ended with the rest condition, not the 8th condition. I changed the
paradigm file to correct this and changed the TR to 1.19 (which I also
double checked). I still
It looks like the problem is that condition 8 is never presented. There
are 240 time points in the run. At a TR of 1.08, the run ends at 259.2
seconds, so neither condition 7 nor 8 are actually presented.

Hi list,
I have run the FS-FAST analysis in line with the standard procedures that I use
routinely.
With new data, selxavg3-sess produces an errror: there is a mis-matched between
the TE in the analysis (=3) and the TE in the data (=0). I have chec

Hi Neha, I've attached a file called load_nifti.m. Put this in
$FREESURFER_HOME/matlab (after making a backup of what is there). Then
re-run and let me know if that fixes the problem.

Hii
I am using freesurfer to find the resting state connectivity. I used
selxavg3-sess to analyze the data. But it neither terminates nor gives the
error. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,
I ran the selxavg3-sess with -sf to process a group of 12 sessions (see

selxavg3-sess -sf Sessid -a Analysis.rh
After hours, it finished without any error. The last message was:
