I have done this but I got the following error:

--no-rescale --i orig.mgz --o orig_nu.mgz
/data/PDE10_PD_DENOVO/Freesurfer/DEN
It should all be on one line
mri_nu_correct.mni --n 1 --proto-iters 1000 --distance 50 --no-rescale
--i orig.mgz --o orig_nu.mgz
