You can do the conjunction with
mri_concat contrast1/sig.nii.gz contrast2/sig.nii.gz --min --o
conjunction.nii.gz
You can have as many contrasts as you want
This will do an "AND" c

Dear Freesurfer experts,
I would like to investigate the overlap between two contrasts with
conjunction analysis. May I know how should I use mri_glmfit-sim to correct

Add " --cwsig cwsig.mgh", then load cwsig.mgh as an overlay in tksurfer.
Set the threshold to 1.3 (cluster p < .05).
