I mean if you look at the lh.orig.nofix (or the lh.orig since the
topology fixing didn't finish) do you see the two hemis attached? Are there
large chunks of skull included in the surface? Is the cerebellum attached?
Whatever is wrong is not subtle

lh.orig, etc...)?
