Sorry, this was a bug related to the table producing scripts in a
previous version of FreeSurfer which was fixed subsequently. Get the
files from
ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/transfer/outgoing/fsdev/krish/asegaparcutils/datastruct_utils.py
ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/transf
I have a Python script to do this.
I don't know how to make this using asegatats2table, let's wait if somebody
answer, otherwise I'll send you this script.

HI freesurfer experts!
i want to correct for intercranial volume in my qdec analysis.
To do that I want to generate a file in which the intracranial volume of each
subject is listed. do i have to use the asegstats2tabel command?
I tried it and it gave me following error message:
asegstats2table
