cope. You can also do the same thing with the mask. One thing you have
to watch out for is that you set up flame to not try to perform any
spatial operations (eg, estimating the fwhm or clustering) as it will

described in the tutorial:
mris_preproc --out lh.cope1.nii.gz --target fsaverage --hemi lh \
