No, putting your T1 in a folder is not the same as running freesurfer on it. You need to run recon-all on your T1. This is a piece of software that will segment your T1 (among other things). Tracula will need that segmentation to reconstruct your tracts. On Sun, 3 Feb 2013, std...@virgilio.i
