sorry, that is not possible with the tools as they are. I had no idea someone would be trying to do something like this when I programmed it! I'll keep it in mind if I make modifications ... On 7/1/17 6:54 AM, Victor Montal Blancafort wrote: Dear Doug, We are trying to compute partial volume

Dear Doug, We are trying to compute partial volume correction in DWI images, using your PEtsurf approach, to correct CSF contamination. Afterwards, we will compute whatever DTI metric from the corrected data and project it to surface. As you suggested in your previous post (https://www.mail-archi

It is an interesting idea. If you did the Muller-Gartner correction, then it would essentially compute the mean WM time course and weight and subtract it from neighboring GM voxels, then rescale the GM voxel based on the percent of GM in the voxel. If you run it, use --psf 0, and it will just c

Dear Freesurfer experts, Does anyone have any experience on surface PVC in DTI? Concretely, I'm analysing cortical mean diffusivity (all on surface) and I am wondering whether the PVC pipeline for PET (petsurfer) would work on that case. Thanks for your help, Edu V. _
