Hi Bruce, returning back to this. I tried the same command on the tutorial data set (bert): tksurfer bert rh inflated and I did not get the error about rh.sphere.reg surface not matching rh.inflated that I got with my data, but I still have the same problem with the tutorial data (bert). I see on
