Hi,
if you have made the final surface, then the thickness measurements have
already been done as well. They are stored in files named ?h.thickness in
curvature file format (you can load and display them using the file->load
curvature command in tksurfer).

After processing the volume, creating the surface, making the final
surface and registering the surface, I would like to measure the
cortical thickness with freesurfer. Could you please give me hints
