We dont have a copy of it yet, but from what I've read about, freesurfer
should not be affected. freesurfer makes use of X11 for its gui stuff,
and that seems to be unchanged in the Snow release.
The only issue pertaining to this release is that Snow will not support
the powerpc. We stil
I'm assuming FreeSurfer should work with the new OS given the relative
minor adjustments to it, but wasn't sure. You may not have a copy of
it yet, but was wondering if you knew of any foreseeable problems.
