Can the tracula version in FS 7.x be used with surface outputs generated with
FS 6.0?
Our segmentations/surfaces generated with 6.0 look good but we'd like to
generate the 42 WM pathways incorporated in FS 7x.
Is this possible? I was under the impre
Hi Elisabetta
we need more information than this if you want our help. What command did
you run that failed? What was the screen output?
cheers

Dear FS team,
we are setting up FS 6.0 and have run one test case.
The run went through but only after we created a 001.mgz image.
It seems somewhat strange to us.
Thank you so much,

As it currently stands, freeview can only be called via the terminal
window by typing the 'freeview' at the command line. Creating a Desktop
short cut will not work properly. We hope to support this feature in the
near future.

Dear Ruopeng,
I have the same problem even before the current version 6 release, and
it was "solved" by invoke freeview from the command line (term). I guess,
to start from the icon, it might use different setup files.

Dear FS users
I also work with FS6 and MacOSX 10.7.5 and the left upper panel of Freeview
does not appear at all, ie.e is empty compared with former Freeview versions
(see screenshot).
When I load a volume, it also crashed. Both problem appear also on Mac OSX
10.10.5
Thanks in advance

Or would it be possible to send us the full crash report?

Hi Dan. Is there an error output to the screen or terminal window? We
will probably need that to help diagnose the issue.

Dear All,
I've recently installed FS 6.0 on Mac (OS 10.7.5), and have been unable to load
volumes in Freeview. When selecting 'File > Load volume', the dialog box
appears, but when I select any T1.mgz and click Ok, Freeview immediately
crashes.
Has anyone encountered this same issue?

Hello Renata,
As far as I know, the only change between those two versions was a bug
fix that related to the number of arguments based to the longitudinal
component of the HippoSF code. If you didnt encounter this error before

Hi Douglas,
Thank you for the quick response.
Maybe I didn't explain it well enough, I am downloading it from here:

subregions and that's the only way we can.

Hi Renata, version 6 is not ready and should not be used. As far as we
know, there is not a link to 6.0 anywhere on our web pages. Where did
you find it?

Dear FS experts,
I downloaded the FS 6.0 dev version for Linux on 11.08.2016 and now I see
that there is a new version since the 14th of August.
I ran about 20 recon-alls with the 11.08 version and now I am wondering if
there were any major changes between that and the new one, and if so,
