The answer is yes to both questions.
We thought for a while of naming the option
-hippocampal-subfields-T1-additionalModality instead of
-hippocampal-subfields-T1T2, but it looked too long and ugly.

high resolution FLAIR image ? if yes, is the command line
-hippocampal-subfields-T1T2 ?
